MYANMAR EXCELLENT STARS MARITIME TRAINING CENTER is committed to provide quality maritime education through modern and updated equipment and facilities situated in an environment conducive to learning and development, empowered faculty members who have the passion to educate, and a competency-based and industry-driven curriculum set by local and international standards

This will be achieved through the adoption and maintenance of a fully documented quality management system that satisfies the requirements of the current version of ISO 9001:2015. Compliance with the requirements of this quality management system is mandatory for all employees.
Principal is responsible for the quality of service supplied to its customers and for ensuring that the commitment to quality is fully realised.

Quality will be achieved by conscious effort from all members of employees to continually improve the service level to the customer.
